Raymond E. Mabus, Jr.

Founding Principal and CEO of The Mabus Group

Raymond E. Mabus, Jr., is founding principal and CEO of The Mabus Group. He served as the 75th United States Secretary of the Navy from 2009 to 2017. He was the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 1994 to 1996, the Governor of Mississippi from 1988 to 1992, and Auditor of the State of Mississippi from 1984 to 1988.

During his career in the private sector, Mr. Mabus served as chairman and chief executive officer of Foamex International and on the board of directors of Enersys. He is currently a board member of Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. 

Mr. Mabus sits on Dana’s Technology and Sustainability Committee, as well as the Audit Committee.
